Prof. Tiankui Guo from China University of Petroleum
Professor Guo Tiankui has been selected into the National Youth Talent Program and won the Outstanding Contribution Award for Youth Science and Technology from China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, the Science Fund for Outstanding Youth of Shandong Province, and the Qingdao Youth Science and Technology Award. He has been devoted to the research of "reservoir fracturing theory and technology" for a long time, created the theory and design method of multi-radial well targeted fracturing, and innovated the mechanism and regulation method of volume fracturing "fracture initiation and expansion - particle transport and placement". He has been in charge of 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 Youth Foundation project, 1 sub-project of National Key Research and Development Program, and 2 Natural Science Foundation projects of Shandong Province. The first author has published three academic monographs; 151 papers were published, among which 52 papers (TOP 21) were included in SCI/EI as the first/corresponding author. Google Academic Statistics has been cited 2335 times so far in 2017, 4 highly cited papers in ESI, 1 hot topic paper, 1 top academic paper in China's top science and technology journals, 1 top paper award in China's Petroleum Science in 2017, and 1 nomination award in China's Petroleum Science in 2018.
